Conditions for the participation:
All holder of an IDSF Adjudicators Licenses are invited to participate in the congress.
Condition for the participation of candidates to receive a new IDSF Adjudicators Licence:
Each IDSF member federation can nominate 3 new candidates for the IDSF Adjudicators Licence according to the following conditions:
-over 18 years of age
-holder of a national adjudicators licence for a minimum of 2 years with the qualification to judge National Championships and International Competitions
-must have passed an exam in the technique of Standard and Latin-American Dances (IDSF syllabus)
-must have an active knowledge of the English language
The new candidates will not get the IDSF Adjudicators Licence automatically, but have to apply for it after having successfully completed two congresses. Each application will be considered individually.
The candidates can apply for the IDSF Adjudicators Licence, in agreement with the national IDSF member federation, after having successfully completed two congresses. Each application will be considered individually.

Entry fee:
According to the IDSF Financial Regulations 100,00 SFr or 70,00 Euro. It’s preferred that the national IDSF member body transfers the entry fee in advance to the IDSF account. All participants get a free entry without seat for the Saturday at the German Open Championship
Hotel arrangements and transfers:
The hotel arrangements and transfers have to be made by the participants. Hotel reservations can be made by Internet at the GOC WEBSITE
